Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) Seeks Chief Development Officer
The Chief Development Officer works collaboratively with an engaged and talented group of colleagues and prominent board members, and will set a strategic fundraising direction, manage all fundraising efforts with governments, foundations, and individuals, and oversee major fundraising events. The CDO will also ensure that NTI meets its current annual fundraising target of $16-18 million.
The CDO reports to NTI’s President & COO on a formal basis, and to the Executive Vice President on a day-to-day basis. Presently, the CDO is an individual contributor role with limited opportunity for delegation of responsibilities. S/he will serve as a front-line fundraiser, and it is expected that additional resources will become available to build the development program going forward.
